Why Can I Claim
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has recently fined a number of hugh street banks and lenders over the mis-selling of Payment Protection Insurance (PPI).
This means if you have taken out a loan which had PPI included there is a good chance you could get some, if not all of your premiums back.
I’m not sure if I had PPI with my loan?
The majority of loans taken out in the last six years included some form of Payment Protection Insurance.
Payment Protection Insurance can also be be known as Personal Loan Protection (PLP), Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance (MPPI), Accident Sicknes and Unemployment Cover (ASU), Life Accident Sickness and Unemployment Cover (LASU)
How much can I claim?
The amount you can claim will vary depending on your bank or lender. However on a loan of £10,000 you may be eligible for a refund of around £2,000.
How much will it cost me?
We operate on a NO Win No Fee basis and won’t charge you a penny unless we win your claim. If we do win your claim our fees are 25% plus Vat and this will be payable from the total amount we recover on your behalf.
When will I get my money?
This will depend on the complexity of your claim. In some cases we will be able to send you a cheque within a few weeks, however other claims can take several months to complete.
What will I have to do?
You will need to complete the Claim Pack that we send to you and return it in the pre-paid envelope. We will then pursue your claim on your on your behalf.
My loan has been paid off, can I still claim?
Yes, even if your loan has been paid off you can still make a claim.
