Minster Law has made two new senior appointments, as part of its ongoing growth and expansion.
Nadia Kerr, Senior Manager in Technical Claims, joined Minster Law in March this year. Previously the Head of Personal Injury at Forster Dean Ltd and a former Partner at Pannone in Manchester, Nadia has significant experience in leading successful claimant personal injury litigation, including fast track and multi-track claims arising out of RTA, EL, PL, CICA, product liability, actions against the police, Human Rights Act/Death in Detention claims and inquest work. Nadia is a Personal Injury Panel member and a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Simon Davis joined the firm in April 2013 as Senior Manager in Complex Claims. A Senior Personal Injury Lawyer and Partner specialising in Brain & Spinal Injury, Amputation claims and Asbestos litigation, Simon was previously Head of Catastrophic Injury Unit of Injury Services Department at Ashton KCJ and former Partner at Stewarts. Simon is a Personal Injury panel member for the Law Society, Headway (ABI) and the Spinal Injuries Association and a member of the Brain Injury Group.
